1. Acceptance
By using this site or the terminal you agree to these terms and to the disclosures and privacy notice.
2. Nature of the service
Altunyan AI Hedge Fund is research software with simulated (paper) trading only. It provides no investment advice and executes no real-money transactions.
3. Accounts and access
- Access is granted at our discretion and may require manual approval; registering does not grant trading permissions.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
- Roles and permissions are assigned by an administrator and may be changed or revoked.
4. Acceptable use
- No attempts to bypass authentication, authorization, risk controls or rate limits.
- No scraping, reverse engineering or redistribution of third-party market data.
- No use of the service to give investment advice to others.
5. Third-party data
Market and reference data are provided by third parties under their own terms and may be delayed or inaccurate.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
